PACKAGE INFORMATION
A minimum 2 nights stay is required; extra nights benefit from a 5% discount on the Best Available Rate (discount is already included in presented rate). Package is valid for arrivals from the 12 February 2010 until the 26 February 2010. Rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy and availability. Taxes and service charge are included in package rates. Late check-out until 16:00 is subject to Hotel availability upon check-in.

MEALS
Daily buffet breakfast served at the Primavera Restaurant or Continental breakfast in room is included in package. Dinner included in package is valid at the Hotels Restaurants. Beverages are not included.

MASSAGE/SPA FACILITIES
PACKAGE OPTION 1: Comprised of a in-room couple full body/hot stone massage, including a surprise gift. Duration of massage is 60 minutes. Massage will have to be booked with Front Office, preferably at time of check-in.
PACKAGE OPTION 2: Comprised of a day at the Royal Vale do Lobo spa with access to spa facilities, a couple Swedish/aromatherapy massage, post-massage ritual and a surprise gift. Free access to Spa facilities include access to: Fitness centre, Turkish bath, hammam, Jacuzzi, swimming pool and locker with towel service. Swedish/aromatherapy massage will be performed in a couple Suite, with a duration of 55 minutes. Due to high demand we recommend that Option 2 be booked with Hotel Front Office at check-in time. Vale do Lobo Royal Spa is located approximately 500 m from Hotel main building.

GENERAL POLICY
Rooms are held until the hotel check-in time (14:00 p.m.) of the day of arrival.  A limited number of rooms may be available at these rates and additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply, this program cannot be combined with any additional discount or promotion. No credits will be granted irrespective of whether or not the full package/stay is consumed. Offer not applicable to groups (more than 10 rooms). Not responsible for omissions or typographical errors. Void where prohibited by law.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit card information is required at time of booking online as form of guarantee. No charges to the credit card provided will be made for cancellations made 48 hours prior to date of arrival. Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the correspondent to 1 (one) night of the booking or package reserved to the credit card supplied. Guests that are no shows, the total stay or package will be charged to the credit card supplied.
